Well we are at the end of another season; this year has not only met but exceeded our expectations in terms of breeding with our Snowmass Studs.

The cria have been simply stunning. Sue and I are more than pleased with the results across the colour range, We were the first Uk breeder to research and import these exciting genetics to both the Uk and France.

No less than seven UK breeders one French breeder and soon a Swedish Breeder as wel will have benefited from these very special genetics, with many more showing interest for the new year.

As with all things once word got out other breeders are now following suit, but we had the advantage of being the first, and therefore cherry picked the very best available stud males whoose cria have confirmed our choice.

We apologise to those regulars and newcomers to our site that we are behind with updates, We are to some extent victims of our own success in that we take very good care of all who purchase these wonderful alpacas from us.

In the meantime we have a number of weanlings of all colours for sale both empty and pregnant females and of course males for sale. Should you wish to move your alpacas into Europe, then again we can help having carried out many such trips to France and also can provide short term livery in France to break the journey if necessary.

During these difficult times we hear all to often about the credit crunch and the effect on the Alpaca Industry. We feel that using top quality genetics from Elite stud males is the way forward, quality  colour fineness of fleece and phenotype is what makes a  huge difference when selecting your first alpaca or later additions to improve your herd.

However competitive pricing is also vitally important, we have set our stud fees to just £850 for a single fee on our Snowmass Studs, but  perhaps more importantly,  we have reduced this further to just £500 each when purchasing any mix of 5 this mix can be shared with another breeder if required.
